Invest in a wealth of our favorite American Wagyu steaks. Each one is beautifully marbled, thick-cut and first-class. They say you can’t please everyone, but three excellent options are included. It’s difficult to decide which steak to cook when all the choices are SRF Gold® and SRF Black® level marbled beef. There’s something to match the personal preference of every steak lover.
Thaw under refrigeration, pat dry, and season generously before cooking. Sear over high heat, then finish gently until the center reaches your preferred temperature.
Rest steaks for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing. For thicker cuts, use a thermometer and pull from heat a few degrees early so carryover cooking finishes the job.
