Prepare for a series of satisfying steak encounters with eight USDA Prime steaks in two of the top selling steakhouse cuts. Four USDA Prime New York strips and four USDA Prime ribeyes are cut one-inch thick for a substantial, restaurant quality presentation.
Each steak comes from Northwest cattle raised on family ranches, hand-selected for the marbling and flavor that put Double R Ranch on the map.
Thaw under refrigeration, pat dry, and season generously before cooking. Sear over high heat, then finish gently until the center reaches your preferred temperature.
Rest steaks for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing. For thicker cuts, use a thermometer and pull from heat a few degrees early so carryover cooking finishes the job.
