Mouth-watering to behold, the Porterhouse displays the fine marbling and bright crimson color that indicates its 100% Berkshire heritage. Each chop is cut to a wonderfully thick 1.25” to maximize the flavor and to create a beautiful presence on the plate. Skillfully cut by a master butcher from all natural pork raised without added hormones, buy our Kurobuta pork now!
There can be some variation in size with our natural pork chops. We hand-cut each chop, and the normal taper of each whole loin naturally creates chops of slightly different weights.
Minimum weight: 9 oz.
Thaw under refrigeration, pat dry, and season generously before cooking. Sear over high heat, then finish gently until the center reaches your preferred temperature.
Rest steaks for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing. For thicker cuts, use a thermometer and pull from heat a few degrees early so carryover cooking finishes the job.
