There was a time when Surf and Turf was the ultimate meal for high rollers out on the town. Relive the culinary glory of a bygone era, upgraded with the quality of American Wagyu beef. Each buttery ribeye filet pairs deliciously with a 6 to 7 oz. lobster tail from the coastal waters of Maine. Our lobsters are certified as sustainable by the Marine Stewardship Council. Each package is labeled with a traceability sticker listing the exact landing location of your catch.
Thaw under refrigeration, pat dry, and season generously before cooking. Sear over high heat, then finish gently until the center reaches your preferred temperature.
Rest steaks for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing. For thicker cuts, use a thermometer and pull from heat a few degrees early so carryover cooking finishes the job.
