A quarter of beef is a ranch tradition where a buyer purchases approximately one-fourth of a cow. The SRF Quarter Beef honors this heritage by providing a single package that includes 12 different cuts including steaks, roasts, ground beef and specialty products.
This special package is cost-effective with a price that is over 25% less than buying these American Wagyu items individually. In addition, this generous bundle stocks your freezer with a diverse selection of cuts so you have many options for various meals. Each quarter includes about 65 pounds of SRF beef.
Quarter Beef includes:
(36) SRF Wagyu Ground Beef 1 lb.
(6) SRF Black® Filet Mignon 6 oz.
(1) SRF Black® Flat Iron 1.5 lbs.
(4) SRF Black® NY Strip 1" (10 oz. each)
(4) SRF Black® Ribeye 1" (12 oz. each)
(6) SRF Black® Top Sirloin 6 oz.
(1) SRF Black® Flank Steak 2 lbs.

Thaw under refrigeration, pat dry, and season generously before cooking. Sear over high heat, then finish gently until the center reaches your preferred temperature.
Rest steaks for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing. For thicker cuts, use a thermometer and pull from heat a few degrees early so carryover cooking finishes the job.
